How to Remove a Bathroom Sink Cabinet Floor

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Turn off the water supply to the sink.

* Locate the water supply valves under the sink and turn them off. This will prevent water from leaking out when you remove the floor.

2. Remove the cabinet doors and drawers.

* Most cabinet doors and drawers are attached with screws. Remove the screws and lift the doors and drawers off of the cabinet.

3. Locate the screws holding the floor in place.

* The floor is typically attached to the cabinet with screws. Locate the screws and remove them.

4. Pry the floor loose from the cabinet.

* Use a pry bar to carefully pry the floor loose from the cabinet. Be careful not to damage the cabinet or the floor.

5. Remove the floor.

* Once the floor is loose, lift it out of the cabinet.
